48-HOUR CHALLENGE

In order that we may be able to show you how easily and effectively your company’s business processes can be implemented into our Electronic Manager tool, please follow the 2 simple steps below:

1. To assist you with describing your business process, please fill out our Contact Information form below, then click on the Access Worksheet button and contact us at 1-800-935-7006 for one of our 48 Hour Coordinators to help get your process configured and demonstrated to you at no cost within 48 hours.
2. Once you have received your demonstration in 1. above, please request a 30 day, no cost “Demonstration Proof of Concept (POC)” by obtaining the request form from VHA, filling it out, signing it and faxing or mailing it to VHA. If this request form is approved by VHA and Microsoft, you then qualify for further refinement and training for use of your process for up to 30 days for a small group of users. All POCs are housed on VHA’s servers and are not production deployed but allow your team access to analyze your Electronic Manager configured process at no cost to you.
